cold applied liquids

What are cold applied liquids?

Cold liquid plastics membranes are high performance, polyurethane membranes which rapidly become resistant to rain damage and weathering. Due to its nature, cold applied liquids can be used on either a flat or a pitched roof.

As the name suggests, liquid membranes are applied cold, thus eliminating the risk of fire in an occupied building throughout the stages of installation. When compared to traditional sheet membranes such as felt, it offers a notably stronger waterproofing layer due to the absence of seams within the membrane.

It’s installation method also negates any joint failure due to poor workmanship and offers a stable, reliable waterproofing layer, guaranteed for up to 25 years.
